Job Description
You coordinate activities in the accounts payable area within our Global Business Services as well as with our external service provider to consolidate and standardize processes. You actively participate in the daily operations of accounts payable to analyze and implement new requirements and optimization measures based on the business models in the P2P area. You independently handle a variety of topics within P2P, including developing solutions for process optimizations along the value chain and planning and controlling necessary steps, particularly in the area of exception handling. You monitor dashboards and KPIs related to business development and derive appropriate actions from them.
Qualifications
You have a degree in financial accounting or a comparable commercial education, complemented by relevant practical experience. You have initial operational experience in accounts payable. You possess knowledge in related areas such as purchasing, general ledger, and controlling. You have solid knowledge of SAP in the FI module. Additional experience in MM (purchasing) and process automation is advantageous. Initial professional experience in process and project management, for example, within the framework of SAP or Lean Management, is desirable. You communicate technical topics fluently in written and spoken English and feel comfortable in an international environment. Teamwork, reliability, and result orientation characterize you. You are known for your innovation strength, assertiveness, and joy in company-wide process optimization.
