Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest suppliers of premium and luxury cars and vans.
In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we are shaping the automobile generations of the future. By this we mean innovative products of the highest quality and efficient development processes. We are already working today on vehicles that will secure the Mercedes-Benz Group's technological leadership in the future.
To this end, we are working in an interdisciplinary project team on new product concepts in the context of digital extras. The project thus contributes significantly to our strategic pillars of intensifying customer loyalty and increasing recurring sales as well as leading in vehicle software. The success of this project requires the design and management of numerous cross-divisional technical work packages in the context of RD development scopes, customer journey, IT architecture, activation processes (on/offboard), onboarding (app/in-car), digital extras and much more, right through to production and after sales.

Support in the development and evaluation of new offer concepts in the area of digital extras Preparation and implementation of E2E tests with vehicles and test vehicles Participation in various project management tasks with a focus on RD Pursuing orders from the committees, including finding solutions together with the project partners Assistance in the organization and implementation of cross-functional development meetings/workshops with the involvement of the relevant foreign locations (e.g. Seattle) and functional areas (e.g. IT, development, sales,Production, After Sales) Participation in the planning of pilot projects and rollout Independent processing of sub-projects in a team Preparing test results, creating status reports and coordinating with project partners Creating and coordinating customer and management presentations Preparing and participating in workshops on the topic of "digital extras" Qualifikationen Degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable course of study), industrial engineering, business administration with a technical focus and related courses of study Proficient in written and spoken German and English Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) High level of self-motivation and initiative, commitment, ability to work in a team, organizational and coordination skills, adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Previous knowledge in the field of digital extras desirable
