Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant / Rezeptionisten (m/w/d)
zur Erweiterung unseres Teams, der uns beim Ausbau unseres Wachstums in der Gaming Arena unterstützt. Wir suchen einen Allrounder (m/w/d) mit großem Organisationstalent, der nach Einweisung selbstständig seinen Aufgabenbereich betreut und führt.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Organisation des Empfangs, Betreuung von Gästen und Organisaton von Kundenbesuchen
- Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben (Organisation von Kurierdiensten, Ein- und Ausgangspost)
- Allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
- Verwaltung von Firmenausweisen und des Zugangs zum Büro, zum Gebäude und Parkhaus
- Planung und Durchführung von Bestellvorgängen für die Niederlassung (z.B. Büromaterial, Visitenkarten, Küchenutensilien, etc.); Überwachung der Lagerbestände
- Beantragung von Genehmigungen für Aufträge und Bestellungen, Zuarbeit für Accounting
- Betreuung standortbezogener Vorgänge mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten (Hausmeister, Wasser- und Stromversorgung, Cateringservices, Raumpflege, Gebäudemanagement, etc.)
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Dienst und dem Gebäudemanagement, Meldung von Störungen und Überwachung von Wartungsarbeiten
- Verwahrung und Kontrolle der Büroschlüssel
- Führen einer Verwaltung für Rechnungen und eingehende offizielle Korrespondenz
- Organisation der Meeting Räume und Bewirtung von Besprechungen
- Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wartung der Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserspender und sonstiger relevanter Küchenutensilien im Büro, Pflege der Pflanzen im Büro
Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise aus dem Dienstleistungssektor, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen als Rezeptionist, Teamassistenz oder im administrativen Umfeld eines Unternehmens
- Beherrschung aller Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, einschließlich Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie absolute Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in fließendem Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. C1)
- Ein persönliches Interesse an der Gaming und Entertainment Branche

Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant / Receptionsit (m/w/d)
to expand our team and support us through our growth in the gaming industry. We are looking for an all-rounder (m/f/d) with great organizational talent who, after training, will independently look after and manage their area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
• Organization of reception, care of guests and organization of customer visits
• General secretarial tasks (organization of courier services, incoming and outgoing mail)
• General correspondence
• Management of company badges and access to the office, building and car park
• Planning and execution of order processes for the branch (e.g. office supplies, business cards, kitchen utensils, etc.); Inventory monitoring
• Applying for approvals for orders and orders, accounting work
• Supervision of site-related processes with service providers and suppliers (caretaker, water and power supply, catering services, room maintenance, building management, etc.)
• Cooperation with the technical service and building management, reporting of faults and monitoring of maintenance work
• Custody and control of office keys
• Management of invoices and incoming official correspondence
• Organization of meeting rooms and hosting of meetings
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of the coffee machines, water dispensers and other relevant kitchen utensils in the office, care of the plants in the office
Desired Profile:
• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the service sector, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial work experience as a receptionist, team assistant or in the administrative environment of a company
• Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Distinctive organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Service orientation as well as absolute discretion and trustworthiness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
• A personal interest in the gaming and entertainment industry
