Head of Construction (m/w/d) Unternehmensprofil

Unser Klient ist ein hochkarätiges und etabliertes Immobilienunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt in der Entwicklung und Verwaltung eigener Gewerbeliegenschaften. Der Objektbestand ist deutschlandweit verteilt. Für den Bürostandort in Berlin suchen wir ab sofort eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die sowohl strategische wie auch operative Themen umsetzt. Die Position wird sich auf Projekte im Umbau, wie auch im Neubau fokussieren. Ein Team sehr erfahrener Ingenieure soll geleitet und weiterentwickelt werden.

Aufgabengebiet

In Ihrer Position als Leiter eines Teams erfahrener Baufachleute umfasst Ihre Arbeit unter anderem:

  • Leiten von Projektentwicklungen von der Konzeption bis zur abschließenden Übergabe
  • Durchführen von Ausschreibungen, Vergaben, Koordination und Überwachung von Bauprojekten und Planungsaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Technische Betreuung bestehender Immobilien
  • Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung und Personalmanagement
Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
  • Über 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projektsteuerung, Bauleitung, Bauüberwachung, Planung oder baulicher Betreuung großer Immobilienbestände
  • Erfahrung in der Schaffung von Baurecht und Bauleitplanung
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Werkvertragsrecht, Baurecht und Mietrecht
  • Offenes, freundliches und zugleich verbindliches Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsbewusst, verhandlungssicher, führungsstark und belastbar
