At Purpose Green, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we think about energy and construction. As our Head of Operations, you'll play a critical role in scaling our business and driving operational excellence.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned operations professional to join our team. As Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for optimizing and scaling our processes, ensuring seamless integration of our tools and systems, and driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with our founders, energy, construction, R&D, and tech teams to develop innovative automation solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-efficiency processes to support our rapid growth
  • Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual processes and improve productivity
  • Ensure seamless integration of our tools and systems, eliminating technical debt and improving user experience
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and inform business decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team, driving culture and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives
