Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction and production departments, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project management, quality control, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
