Our team in Cologne needs support As a Financial & Internal Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you can fully develop your passion for numbers with us. Join us and shape the future with us

These are your tasks

  • You are in charge of the Cash Flow forecast construction, monthly Cash-Flow and CapEx monitoring including quarterly reporting in close collaboration with accounting team

  • You support during monthly P&L reporting as well as full year budgeting and forecasting process especially on below PRO items (i.e. non-recurring)

  • You oversee, conduct and ensure completion of Audit assignments to provide independent, objective assurance to the management.

  • You follow-up and ensure the closing of all Internal Audit Points and LSF (French Companies Compliance Law) across the Entity

  • You spread across the Entity an internal control culture by developing awareness through specific trainings to the employees

  • You oversee internal policies and procedures to ensure good level of internal control

This is your profile

  • A university degree in business economics with a focus on Controlling/Finance.

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a major audit firm and/or preferably in the FMCG industry.

  • Strong ethics and compliance skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.

  • Ability to conduct trainings and possess good presentation skills, along with experience in project management.

  • Strong teamwork abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Capability to work independently, with prior experience in an international environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office package, especially Advanced Excel. Experience with Hyperion Essbase/Excel Cube at an advanced level is preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or JD Edwards is a plus.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
