Role Description

This is a contract Finance Manager role with 3KV GmbH located in Munich, Germany. It is a hybrid role, allowing for mostly remote work. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, oversee cash flow management, and provide financial guidance and support to the management team. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and remotely.



Qualifications

  • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of German accounting principles and regulations
  • Cash flow management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision software
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
