Singleron Biotechnologies is an innovative molecular diagnostic company dedicated to applying groundbreaking single cell analysis technologies to clinical diagnosis, drug development, and health management. The company was founded in 2018 and currently has offices and laboratories in Germany, China, US, and Singapore with about 600 employees worldwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Project Manager. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our project management process, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of customer projects. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and contributing to the overall efficiency of project operations.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and organize project-related financial information.
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including preparing documents, and maintaining project files.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and billing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of invoicing activities, including tracking payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and updating financial databases.
- Support finance teams in reconciling project expenses, monitoring project budgets, and preparing financial reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding invoicing inquiries, payment status, and project-related financial matters.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ship products to worldwide customers and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipment processes and minimize delays.
- Establish effective teamwork within and across functions, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Science
- Prior experience in customer support, finance, or accounting role preferred.
- Proficiency in German and English languages (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with invoicing software or ERP systems is preferred.
