apoQlar ist der Entwickler einer medizinischen Mixed-Reality-Plattform, die revolutioniert, wie Medizin praktiziert, erlebt, erlernt und geteilt wird. VSI HoloMedicine® ist eine medizinisch zertifizierte Softwareplattform, die die Hardware von Microsoft HoloLens nutzt, um medizinische Bilder, klinische Abläufe und medizinische Ausbildung in eine interaktive 3D-Mixed-Reality-Umgebung zu verwandeln.

Wir suchen derzeit eine enthusiastische und motivierte Person, die unserem Team als Fachkraft für Forschungszuschüsse und Finanzierung (m/w/d) beitritt. Die Rolle eines Forschungszuschuss- und Finanzierungsspezialisten ist entscheidend für unser Unternehmen, da Sie verantwortlich sind für die Entwicklung und Implementierung bahnbrechender Ideen, die das Unternehmen von Wettbewerbern unterscheiden und langfristiges Wachstum sicherstellen. Die Fähigkeit, Trends zu identifizieren, mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammenzuarbeiten und die Strategie des Unternehmens mit kreativen Lösungen zu bereichern, macht den Forschungszuschuss- und Finanzierungsspezialisten zu einem Schlüsselspieler bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft unseres Unternehmens. Sie werden eng mit unserem Leiter der Wissenschaft (Head of Science, HoS) zusammenarbeiten, um unsere spannenden F&E-/klinischen Projekte zu unterstützen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Identifizierung geeigneter Förderprogramme weltweit für die Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte (F&E) und klinische Projekte des Unternehmens.
  • Sie verwalten Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Drittmitteln, einschließlich des Schreibens und Koordinierens von Förderanträgen.
  • Sie verwalten und überwachen Forschungsprojekte, einschließlich der Unterstützung und Koordination mit externen Partnern, um sicherzustellen, dass Zeitpläne und Entwicklungs-/Projektmeilensteine erreicht werden.
  • Sie verwalten administrative Aufgaben, einschließlich Budgetberechnungen, Verwaltung und Vorbereitung sowie Koordination von Projektbesprechungen.
  • Sie bauen Netzwerke und Beziehungen zu externen Partnern auf, um Synergien zu schaffen und den Zugang zu neuen Technologien und Forschungsideen zu erleichtern.
  • Sie führen (systematische) Literaturrecherchen in relevanten Datenbanken (z.B. PubMed, IEEE) durch, um klinische Evidenz für VSI HoloMedicine® zu analysieren.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Teams und Abteilungen zusammen, um die reibungslose Durchführung von Projekten sicherzustellen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Masterabschluss im Bereich der Lebenswissenschaften (z.B. Biomedizintechnik, Medizin oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bereich Forschung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schreiben von Förderanträgen und Drittmittelfinanzierung
  • Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Kenntnisse in systematischer Literaturrecherche (PubMed, IEEE) und wissenschaftlichem Schreiben
  • Erfahrung mit medizinischen Geräten als Software ist von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Referenzmanager (Endnote, Refworks)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Hands-on-Mentalität, Pragmatismus und Proaktivität
