Scope of workfull-time position suitable for part-time**Responsibilities**:
Duties primarily include teaching and research. Research associates may also pursue independent research and further academic qualifications.
We are looking for a motivated microscopy specialist who will be part of the TPLM team and in charge of the BLMF.
**Profile**:
A university degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years or more of experience in operating and maintaining advanced light microscopes (e.g. confocal, multi-photon, light-sheet)
- extensive knowledge and experience in quantitative analysis of light microscopy data
- profound expertise and experience in developing and implementing novel research methods
- expertise in fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy is beneficial
- proficiency in English (spoken and written, B2 or better)
- initiative, planning and organizational skills
- very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and resilience
- strong service awareness
