Du entwickelstdas Group Accounting Manual IFRS anhand der aktuellen gesetzlichen Vorgabenweiter.  Die Beurteilungkomplexer Bilanzierungsfragen, die Eruierung notwendiger Anpassungsbedarfe und Begleitung deren inhaltlicher sowie systemtechnischer Umsetzung, liegen ebenfalls in Deinem Aufgabenfeld.  Du bistAnlaufstelle für Fragen rund um den Themenkomplex „Konzernabschluss,Kontenrahmen IFRS und Konsolidierung“. Die Begleitungvon Kaufpreisallokationen nach IFRS 3 und Vorbereitung der Erst- undFolgekonsolidierung von neu erworbenen Konzerngesellschaften sowie derenIntegration in den Konzernmeldeprozess bilden weitere Elemente DeinesAufgabengebiets.  Inhaltliche Vorgaben für Berichtsteile des Konzernabschlusses, sowie die Projektarbeit/Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten runden Deine Aufgaben ab.  What makes you stand out Du verfügst überein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder bzw. einevergleichbare Qualifikation.  Du bringst ersteErfahrung im o.g. Aufgabenfeld aus einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder auseinem Produktions- /Service-Unternehmen mit, idealerweise mit IFRS- undKonzernhintergrund. Selbstverständlichist für Dich eine analytische und strukturierte Herangehensweise. Ein hohes Maß anKommunikationsvermögen, Teamgeist sowie Deine proaktive und selbständigeArbeitsweise macht Dich aus. Eine sichere VerhandlungssichereEnglischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
