Was Dich erwartet
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 2 Team-ManagerInnen, 1 Senior Expert, insgesamt ca. 20 Mitarbeitende) der Service-Einheit Transactional Accounting (Kreditoren Produktionsrechnungen und Debitoren).
- Du hast die Verantwortung für die Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs (SAP) und die operative Betreuung des Multi-Cash-Tools.
- Du übernimmst die Schnittstellenfunktion innerhalb und außerhalb der Finance-Bereiche, mit Schwerpunkt Supplier Management (Kreditoren/Settlement) und Sales (Debitoren).
- Die Etablierung einer operativen und KPI-basierten Steuerung sowie die accounting-seitige Implementierung von neuen Services und Produkten in die Abrechnungssysteme gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du führst die eigenverantwortliche Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches.
- Die proaktive Identifikation und Umsetzung weiterer Möglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung runden Dein Aufgabenfeld ab.
Was Dich auszeichnet
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender langjähriger Erfahrung (>5 Jahre) und Weiterbildung (Finanz-/Bilanzbuchhalter) sind ebenfalls ausreichend).
- Du hast bereits 3-5 Jahre fachliche Expertise im o.a. Aufgabenspektrum und tiefergehende Führungserfahrung.
- Darüber hinaus besitzt Du fundierte SAP-Erfahrung mit Nebenbuchbezug.
- Du verfügst über eine Expertise bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen und besitzt einen hohen Innovationsdrang.
- Wünschenswerterweise besitzt Du Kenntnisse eines Multi-Cash-Systems.
- Deine kommunikative, zielorientierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) runden Dein Profil ab.
