Du magst es, dir kreative, aber auch systematische Online-Strategien für die Kundengewinnung zu überlegen und hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Paid Social und Google Ads? Let’s Talk

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich…

  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Google Ads, Paid Social (inkl. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), Microsoft Advertising und Outbrain Kampagnen für verschiedene Kunden

  • Du entwickelst deine Kampagnen stetig weiter, angefangen beim Targeting, über Ad Copy Tests und das Briefing von Creatives bis hin zu Landing Page Tests, Bid-Management und Budgetverteilung

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die regelmäßige Auswertung der Performance deiner Kampagnen anhand spezifischer KPIs und entwickelst diese auf Basis deiner Learnings ständig weiter

  • Du erstellst Präsentationen von Strategien, Ergebnissen und Reportings

  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Wachstumsziele der verschiedenen Kunden im Rahmen der gestellten KPI-Ziele für deine Kampagnen erreicht werden

  • Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Spezialisten des Performance Marketing Teams, dem Brand Team und den Account Managern der verschiedenen Kunden zusammen.

  • Deine innovative, output-orientierte Arbeit spiegelt sich sowohl in deiner als auch in der Performance deiner Kunden wieder


Was wir von dir erwarten…

  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Online Marketing im Bereich Paid Social, SEA, Shopping Ads/Performance Max. Darüber hinausgehende Erfahrung mit YouTube, Amazon Advertising oder Content Marketing ist ein klares Plus

  • Du bist ein kreativer Kopf und kannst deine Ideen klar und konkret kommunizieren

  • Du bist geübt im Umgang mit Online Marketing Tools und Technologien (Google Ads, Meta Advertising, Bid-Management Tools, Feed Management Tools, Google Analytics, Outbrain,…)

  • Du bist mit Excel gut vertraut und kannst mit deiner Erfahrung mit Feed Management Tools glänzen. 

  • Du hast Interesse, dich in verschiedene Bereiche des Online Marketings einzuarbeiten und deine Expertise mit uns weiterzuentwickeln

  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen

  • Du bist deutsch Muttersprachler und sprichst fließend Englisch
