We are shaping the future of international mobility at Mercedes-Benz. Together with our teams in Germany, China and the USA, we develop solutions for international assignments for our employees and their families.
Be part of the Cost, Contracts & Risk Management team.
You can expect an exciting and varied internship with a focus on financial processes and strategic provider management, in which you will be responsible for individual projects and subject areas.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Getting to know the entire Global Assignment Management environment Getting to know the remuneration system and the framework conditions for international employee assignments Supporting interdisciplinary departmental projects in collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g. Controlling, Tax, Payroll, International Purchasing) with the opportunity to manage work packages independently Participation in the digitalization of accounting processes and selection of external service providers (e.g. visas, training, relocation, international health insurance) Creation of management presentations and process documentation Collaboration in the preparation & recording of meetings Qualifikationen You have a degree in business administration, business law or a comparable course of study with a focus on international HR management You have very good written and spoken German and English skills You are confident in using MS Office You have practical experience in data modeling and programming (VBA, Matlab, R, Python, KNIME...) You have teamwork and communication skills as well as commitment You are not more than three semesters outside the standard period of study of your degree program and are enrolled during the entire employment periodAdditional information:
