Job Description

What you will do:

Support the strategic development of the refrigeration sector in HORECA EMEA as a core Develop and optimize the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration in terms of sales, costs, contribution margin and other financial KPIs Support strategic manufacturer partnerships Develop and lead a small team of junior product managers Strongly interact with commercial functions and internal stakeholders such as sales, key account management, pricing, procurement, logistics and e-commerce Directly report to the Group Director Refrigeration Enable key account activities and e-commerce offers Create and provide training for internal stakeholders such as sales, key accounting and customer experience

Qualifications

What you should bring:

5+ years of experience in refrigeration Relevant working experience with refrigeration distributors and/or equipment and component manufacturers Fluent in English both written and spoken, (other languages are an advantage) 1+ years of demonstrated leadership potential Relevant educational background (f. e. master’s degree in engineering and/or business) Willingness to travel internationally (
