We offer a vast range of 85,000 items from over 2,000 manufacturers, ensuring the largest selection of spare parts and accessories. Our 6 warehouses in Europe, located at 9 sites, are staffed by over 1,000 employees.
Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will support the strategic development of the refrigeration sector in HORECA EMEA. Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration, with a strong emphasis on sales, costs, contribution margin, and other financial KPIs.
You will also be responsible for supporting strategic manufacturer partnerships, developing and leading a small team of junior product managers, and interacting closely with commercial functions and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in refrigeration, with relevant working experience with refrigeration distributors and/or equipment and component manufacturers.
Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, and other languages are an advantage. You should also have 1+ years of demonstrated leadership potential and a relevant educational background, such as a master's degree in engineering and/or business.
