Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager Refrigeration HORECA to support the strategic development of our refrigeration sector in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration, as well as supporting strategic manufacturer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration
  • Support strategic manufacturer partnerships
  • Develop and lead a small team of junior product managers
  • Interact with commercial functions and internal stakeholders
  • Directly report to the Group Director Refrigeration

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in refrigeration
  • Relevant working experience with refrigeration distributors and/or equipment and component manufacturers
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 1+ years of demonstrated leadership potential
  • Relevant educational background
