The On Premise environment, such as bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality is where magical life-loving moments happen and the unexpected takes over. To further strengthen our On Premise team in Germany, we’re looking for an On Premise Sales & Marketing Graduate.

As an On Premise Sales & Marketing Graduate, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the world of Red Bull Germany and its On Premise organization and processes with rotations in the following departments: On Premise Sales Force, On Premise Marketing/Festival, On Premise Key Account.

You’ll build on this knowledge, combining it with creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to support cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

ON PREMISE SALES FORCE

Get to know the On Premise Sales Force/Musketeer Force (tasks and routines) by supporting the field team in a specific sales drive/mission. Collaborate with the best bars, restaurant, clubs, and events to build long-term partnerships and establish new opportunities to give wings to the brand.

ON PREMISE MARKETING/FESTIVAL

Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s On Premise Marketing. Support the team in designing and executing innovative, impactful & inspirational consumer/industry activations to increase our consumer/can love. Develop consumer events & experiences. Be responsible for marketing activities in the fast-growing world of the modern and future oriented gastronomy landscape.

ON PREMISE KEY ACCOUNT

Take an active role in Key Account Management (HORECA/Catering/QSR/DELIVERY CHANNELS), which includes the support of management of key accounts and their 360-degree plans. Support the team in their analysis and reporting tasks as well as contribute to customer selling decks.

ON PREMISE REPORTINGS, KPIS & DATA

Deep dive into our sales tools and KPI tracking ("insights into action"). Research and elaborate trend/insights analysis and impactful sharing of internal and external data.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Proven excellence in your academic life
  • Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
  • A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
  • Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written, spoken)
