As Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, you will be responsible for SEM,  Meta Ads, and Display/RTB campaigns, managing turnover and budgets while analyzing KPIs. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, optimizing landing pages and ad texts, and tracking and optimizing advertising channels like Remarketing and Google Display Network.

Your impact

  • Drafting and implementation of SEM, Meta Ads, Display/ RTB campaigns with responsibility for the turnover and budget
  • KPI analysis and controlling of diverse online campaigns
  • Constant online market research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and SimilarWeb
  • Developing and optimisation suggestions for landing pages and advertising texts through A/B testings and frequent evaluation of new SEM, Meta or Display features and betas
  • Scanning, monitoring and analyzing relevant international markets and identifying relevant performance marketing trends
  • Assistance in the tracking maintenance and optimisation for the Remarketing, Meta Ads, Google Display Network, Native advertising and Real Time Bidding channels

Who you are

  • At least four years practical experience in the field of Search and Display advertisement
  •  Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Native advertising. Experience in Programmatic is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a high affinity for numbers
  • Results-oriented work, a high level of initiative and self-discipline, as well as a creative mindset for the creation of advertisements
  • Good self-organization with a hands-on-mentality and high level of initiative
  • Good skills in handling AdWords Editor, Meta Business Manager, Native Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, other European languages are a plus
