Wir als führende Beratungsboutique im Bereich der Personalvermittlung und -Entwicklung suchen für einen Mandanten zur Unterstützung des Wachstums einen Senior Performance Manager (m/f/d) als treibende Kraft bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Strategien.

So bewältigst du diese Stelle erfolgreich
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Performance-Marketing-Strategien über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg, einschließlich SEA (Search Engine Advertising), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media, Affiliate Marketing und Programmatic Advertising.
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Kampagnen zur Steigerung der ROI. Nutze fortschrittliche Analyse Tools, um Daten zu interpretieren und Prozesse zu verbessern.
  • Management und Überwachung des Budgets für digitales Marketing. Plane und verwalte die Budgets effizient, um maximale Ergebnisse zu erzielen und Kosteneffizienz sicherzustellen.
  • Implementierung von Best Practices und neuesten Technologien im Bereich Performance Marketing. Bleibe auf dem neuesten Stand der Branche und setze neue Trends und Technologien ein, um die Marktführerschaft zu sichern.
  • Erstellung detaillierter Reports und Präsentation der Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen. Stelle sicher, dass alle Stakeholder regelmäßig über Fortschritte und Ergebnisse informiert sind.
  • Koordinierung mit anderen Abteilungen, um Marketingziele zu erreichen und eine kohärente Markenbotschaft über alle Kanäle hinweg zu gewährleisten. Arbeite eng mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Kundendienst zusammen, um Synergien zu schaffen und die Kundenbindung zu maximieren.
  • Überwachung der Markttrends und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um proaktiv auf Veränderungen im Markt reagieren zu können und strategische Anpassungen vorzunehmen.
  • Optimierung der Nutzererfahrung auf der Website und in digitalen Kampagnen, um die Conversion Rates zu verbessern und das Kundenerlebnis zu optimieren.
  • Coaching von Teamkollegen, um Dein Wissen weiterzutragen und eine gute Zusammenarbeit zu ermöglichen
  • Leitung von Cross-Channel Marketing Initiativen, die darauf abzielen, konsistente und personalisierte Nutzererfahrungen über alle digitalen Touchpoints hinweg zu schaffen.
Diese Fähigkeiten bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, mit nachweislichen Erfolgen in der Steigerung von Online-Kampagnen Leistungen.
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Google Ads, Analytics, SEO-Praktiken und Social Media Werbeplattformen.
  • Erfahrung in der Teamcoaching, Schulungen und Best Practice Sharing
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

3. Schritt

Fachliches Interview | 30 Minuten:
Nachdem wir Deinen ersten Screen mit HR geprüft und ausgewertet haben, wird sich der entsprechende Hiring Manager mit Dir in Verbindung setzen, um Dich kennenzulernen und mehr über Deine Erfahrungen zu lernen. An dieser Stelle kannst Du dem Hiring Manager weitere Fragen zum Team und zur Position stellen.

4. Schritt

Persönliches Kennenlernen im Talentspring Office:
Du wirst zu uns ins Berliner Office eingeladen und kannst uns einmal persönlich kennenlernen. Dich erwartet ein Cultural Fit Interview mit Alex | 60 Minuten & ein Leadership Interview mit Walid (Geschäftsführer) | 60 Minuten.
