Das machen Sie bei uns:
• Betreuung eines interessanten Portfolios
• Mieterbetreuung
• Forderungsmanagement
• Erstellung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen
• Ergebnisorientierte Ertrags- und Kostensteuerung der Objekte in direktem Kontakt mit dem Assetmanagement
• Erstellung von regelmäßigen Berichten sowie Budgetplanungen/-kontrollen
• Kommunikation und Kontaktpflege mit dem Assetmanagement
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Property Manager und den anderen Fachbereichen

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:
• Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Know-how im Bereich der Betreuung von Gewerbeimmobilien
• Kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Ziel- und erfolgsorientierte Eigeninitiative und hohes Engagement
• Gutes Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Sicheres Auftreten, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
• Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis und Strukturierungsvermögen
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Zuverlässigkeit
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse im MS-Office Segment
• SAP-Erfahrung wünschenswert
