Accounting | Full-time / Part-time | Remote (flexible)

Responsibilities
  • Record all business transactions and independently manage accounts receivable and payable, as well as asset accounts
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for the properties
  • Communicate with clients on accounting and financial matters
  • Be the point of contact for the management team, auditors, and tax consultants, including corresponding correspondence
  • Support the continuous improvement and optimization of processes – Focus: Process optimization and digitalization of accounting
  • Conduct audits, maintain master data, record transactions, clarify accounts, and reconcile accounts
  • Manage OP lists and monitor incoming payments
Qualifications
  • Prior education or training in property management, financial accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in financial accounting (preferably in the real estate/property management sector)
  • Strong customer orientation, motivation, and passion for the property industry
  • Advantage: Comprehensive knowledge of HGB and tax law
  • Advantage: Knowledge of ERP software Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or mse RELion (planned as part of onboarding training) or alternatively Yardi, SAP, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact, both internally and externally
