Dafür suchen wir befristet für ein Jahr ab in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit mit mindestens 80 % am Standort Düsseldorf:
Als Mitarbeiter des Commercial Property Managements betreuen Sie kaufmännisch Bestände gemischt genutzter Immobilien (Gewerbe und Wohnen) u. Dabei steht die Koordination von Vermietungen von Wohnungen im Fokus – neben der Steuerung externer Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung der Commercial Property Manager: Organisation der täglichen Geschäftsprozesse
  • Office Management: Empfang, Büroorganisation, Beantwortung u. Weiterleitung telefonischer Anfragen, Ablage, Posteingang
  • Unterstützung im Vermietungsprozess für Wohnimmobilien: Selbstständige Inseratsverwaltung und Organisation von Objektbesichtigungen
  • Admin Tätigkeiten: Einholung von Bewerberunterlagen, Bonitätsabfragen, Pflege des internen Vermietungssystems
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister: (Makler, Hausmeister), Vorbereitung von Mietvertragsabschlüssen

  • Erfolgreiche Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann-/frau o. Bürokaufmann-/frau
  • Berufserfahrung > 3 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert
  • SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für Innovationen im fachlichen Bereich sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist mit Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit aber auch Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und empathische Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsstärke mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit mindestens Level B2
