Senior Customer Project Manager

Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliches Koordinieren und Sicherstellen der Auftrags- und Projektrealisierung unserer Public Kunden sowie Mitarbeiten beim Erstellen von Bedarfsanforderungen Selbstständiges Steuern des Projektfortschrittes bezüglich vereinbarter Termine, Kosten und Qualität  Eigenständige Kundenbetreuung während der Projektphase, inkl. Prüfen von Risiken und Entwickeln von entsprechenden Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung Analysieren der Auftragsdaten und Festlegen der Auftragsstruktur und -aufgaben sowie Planen der Teilaufgaben mit Terminen und Verantwortlichkeiten Erfassen aller technischen und kommerziellen auftragsrelevanten Daten in den entsprechenden IT-Systemen sowie selbstständiges Erstellen einer Projekt- und Auftragsdokumentation  Eigenständiges Dokumentieren und Reporten der Projekte, bspw. Anforderungen der Kunden, Change Requests sowie Reporting für die Geschäftsführung, Steuerungsgremien, andere Fachabteilungen und Kunden

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Projektumfeld oder im technischen Bereich mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung  Fundierte Projekterfahrung in der Telekommunikation, gern im Kundenbereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Customer Project Manager oder vergleichbar Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit relevanten Zertifizierungen Hohe Leistungs- und Gestaltungsmotivation sowie ausgeprägte Zielorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Sehr gute Fähigkeit, sich zeitnah auf Neues einzustellen sowie ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis Hohes Maß an Kunden- und prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
