As an integral part of the Brand Marketing organization, the Creative Studio rallies all marketing creative talent - across copywriting, graphic design, 3D and motion design, and video production. Organized as a centralized hub ensuring style and language consistency as well as constant creative development, the Creative Studio is participating in agile and cross-functional marketing squads. 

We’re looking for a Lead Video Producer (all genders) to head up our team of video, 3D and motion design specialists, producing inspiring, innovative and high-performing video content that effectively communicates the unique benefits of our product portfolio to our global audience.

What You'll Do

Spearhead our team of video, 3D, and motion design specialists with hands-on leadership in video editing. Manage a broad spectrum of projects from their inception to completion, ensuring we implement our video strategy successfully.

Act as the lead video editor and maintain consistently high quality across all video outputs, ranging from detailed product and artist features to concise social media and performance marketing clips, directly addressing our need for dynamic editing skills and expertise in social media content creation.

Set objectives and monitor the team's video production performance. Support team development and career goals, with a focus on hiring talents who contribute both top-tier editing skills and strategic insight.

Cultivate a network of freelance creatives to augment our core capabilities, with a particular emphasis on bolstering our social media content creation.

What You'll Need

Expertise in visual storytelling, equipped with outstanding skills in video editing, directing, cinematography, and a comprehensive understanding of motion design and the latest trends in 3D.

A rich background in creative post-production, with skills encompassing advanced editing techniques, color grading, audio design, and the ability to integrate various elements into a cohesive final product.

A deep knowledge of social media, and you excel in creating interactive video and optimizing data-driven content for various channels and audiences.

A portfolio showcasing a wide range of exceptional film or video projects, demonstrating your ability to lead diverse teams and manage top-tier video productions.

High-level expertise in the complete suite of technical tools related to video, motion, animation, 3D, filming, and photography enables you to seamlessly bridge strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Managerial acumen highlighted by the ability to support and develop your team through personalized interactions, annual reviews, and consistent team meetings, complemented by strong collaboration, communication, and diplomacy skills to effectively articulate actionable feedback and foster a culture of mutual respect and innovation.
