**How will you contribute to our mission?**:
As a Video Producer at Kenjo, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's voice and propelling us to the top position in the HR software domain for blue-collar SMBs in the German market. Your talent in crafting compelling, high-quality video content will not just support our marketing campaigns but will be instrumental in resonating with our target audience. Over the next 12 months, with your contributions, we aim to not just lead in sales but also dominate in brand recognition, making us the first choice for HR software solutions among our audience.r.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce top-notch video content to bolster marketing campaigns.
- Engage in close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Oversee the entire video production process, from initial conceptualization through to the post-production stage.
- Utilize advanced filming techniques and operate cameras to capture content.
- Edit video content, ensuring alignment with our brand and the intended message for the target audience.
- Incorporate animation and motion graphics as necessary to enhance video appeal.
- Continuously monitor viewer engagement and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
- Support multiple campaigns by producing a consistent flow of video assets each quarter.
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and refine content production processes accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production to bring innovative ideas to the table.
