We are looking for a junior/mid-level Producer to join us in creating an exciting new sci-fi action game sequel set in a well-known and well-loved universe

We are a mid-sized game development studio with offices in 3 countries and we’re seeking a Producer for our Berlin team. You’ll join a highly talented, diverse team of developers working on a large-scale project within a high-profile IP.

As a key driving force in the company, you’ll be expected to take ownership of a specific area of the project, be a creative problem solver, work closely with all team members to deliver on the product vision, own the project plan & PnL for your area of responsibility, and ultimately help drive the project from concept to release.

This exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit, creative, and friendly team on a high-profile IP project is ideal for a producer who is looking for a new, exciting challenge where they can take ownership of a specific area and have a significant impact on the product.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the success and well-being of your team and promote a sustainable work environment.
- Create project plans and budgets together with the studio manager.
- Collaborate with department leads to keep the project plan updated.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
- Collaborate with QA and the programming team to manage releases.
- Help department leads to break the product vision into deliverables.
- Track the project PnL and work with publishers on benchmarks and release plans.
- Generally, be an awesome person who takes initiative and builds amazing things

**Knowledge & Experience**
- As a junior at least 2 years of administrative experience or as a mid-level at least 3 years of experience as a project manager or producer in the games industry.
- Experience with SCRUM and agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management software and bug-tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to start a project from scratch and successfully deliver it.

- Experience in the full game development cycle.
- Experience with 3D game engine development.
- Experience with release management.
- Experience with co-op shooters.
