Als Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die zentrale Koordination aller Projekte des Geschäftsführungsbereiches Marketing, Vertrieb, Digital & Data. Du hast die Fäden in der Hand, wenn es um Projektplanung, Projektsteuerung und Prozessabläufe geht und gewährleistest, dass Projekte effizient und effektiv abgeschlossen werden.
Deine Aufgaben
Du entwickelst und implementierst Projektmanagement-Standards, -Prozesse, -Kennzahlen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und einheitlichen Projektabwicklung und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der unternehmensinternen Projektprozesse Du überwachst den Fortschritt aller Projekte aus den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Digital & Data und stellst sicher, dass Zeitpläne, Budgets, Ressourcen und Unternehmens-/ Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden und verantwortest dadurch einen reibungslosen Projektablauf Du definierst gemeinsam mit den Projektverantwortlichen Projektpläne, deren Anforderungen, Machbarkeit, Priorität sowie Prozessziele Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen Optimierungsvorschläge und setzt sie um Du erkennst und bewertest Projektchancen und -risiken und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung Du erstellst regelmäßig Reports und Präsentationen zum Projektstatus für das Management / die Geschäftsführung und andere Stakeholder Du schulst die Projektteams in Bezug auf die angewandten Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools
Das bringst Du mit
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagements - als PMO, Projekt- oder Accountmanager Du bist fit im Umgang mit agilen und klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden und kannst eine entsprechende Zertifizierung vorweisen. Du kommunizierst selbstsicher mit den unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen und auf allen Unternehmensebenen und behältst den Überblick, wenn es um komplexe Sachverhalte geht Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
