Leading the program to establish additional global business line marketing and R&D functions in China Development and Implementation of overall Know-How transfer concept for all functions Re-Working the business line governance incl. the newly established functions Development and Implementation of the optimal organizational set-up in the framework of the global business line organization Regular exchanges with the functional managers of the different involved functions (R&D, technical marketing, product marketing, test engineering) Regular reporting to business line and division board This position can be filled either at the Warstein or Munich site.
With your reliable collaboration skills you have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. You identify with the goals and interests of the company and like to take a broad perspective to identify solutions. You inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex topics clearly and convincingly. You radiate persuasiveness for changes and can communicate this in a targeted manner.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, physics or a related field At least 10+ years work experience in a global product marketing or management role Extensive experience in and exposure to Asia, esp. China Proven track record of leading major global programs/ projects with good results Deep understanding of marketing and product development processes Proven abilities of organizational and cultural change management Experience in a leadership or project management role Willingness to regular and frequent travels from EU to Asia (approx. 30 % travel time) Excellent communication skills with fluent English skills, highly recommended are additional German skills
