RESPONSIBILITIES
Desde nuestro equipo de HR Services EMEA España, realizamos los procesos de nómina mensuales y de administración de personal para nuestras compañías BASF en España.Para completar el equipo y contribuir a nuestro éxito continuo, estamos buscando un/a Especialista en Nómina con gran entusiasmo por el área de Nómina, los procesos de Recursos Humanos y las relaciones con los clientes.
En un ambiente de trabajo abierto y positivo, facilitamos una amplia formación en el día a día en servicios de RR.HH. y SAP HR para que puedas convertirte en un profesional integral de recursos humanos. Creamos un entorno de aprendizaje continuo y de autodesarrollo. En relación a tus tareas, participarás en la preparación y gestión de los procesos mensuales de RR.HH. y en la implementación,mejora y mantenimiento de procesos administrativos en SAP HR. Participarás en la preparación de la nómina mensual, post nómina e informes adicionales. Ayudarás a garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos legales y reglamentarios relativos a nuestros servicios de RR.HH. Para ello, colaborarás estrechamente con nuestros socios locales de RR.HH., así como con nuestros departamentos de servicio interno en Berlín y nuestros proveedores técnicos. También participarás en proyectos internos, buscando soluciones para aumentar la eficiencia y fomentar el intercambio de mejores prácticas entre nuestros equipos en la región EMEA de RR.HH. Contribuirás a nuestra gestión de la calidad y el conocimiento mediante la documentación de procesos, de acuerdo con nuestros altos estándares de calidad.
QUALIFICATIONS
Estudios universitarios. Al menos 2 años de experiencia profesional en nómina española. Conocimientos y experiencia en Legislación española y procesos de RR.HH (seguridad social, impuestos, gestión del tiempo, compensación, contratos, seguros, etc). Buen nivel de inglés y español. Experiencia con sistemas de IT, aplicaciones de MS Office y sólidas habilidades de MS Excel. También valoramos positivamente contar con experiencia en SAP. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y organizativas trabajando con plazos. Orientación al cliente. Perfil proactivo y emprendedor, con entusiasmo por contribuir de forma creativa al éxito del equipo.
