By providing genetic testing labs with our streamlined platform, we empower them to deliver clear and fast diagnoses to patients in need.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in expanding our presence and impact in Europe. We're seeking a well structured and organised individual who is highly motivated and can build strong relationships, anticipate customer needs, and deliver exceptional service. With your existing network within the rare disease diagnostic institutions, you'll acquire new customers and nurture existing ones to foster lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
You will be reporting directly to the CEO & Co-Founder and collaborating actively on commercial strategy for your region.
Spearhead the growth of our AI-driven platform in Europe, providing labs with a tool so patients can get timely and accurate diagnoses.
Align the sales process with the customer's buying journey, from initial contact to closing deals.
Engage prospects and customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to cultivate long-term relationships.
Identify key stakeholders within targeted institutions using internet research and databases, while maintaining and updating our CRM.
Prioritize prospects and shift from transactional sales to becoming a strategic partner for our customers.
Communicate with clarity, purpose, and emotion to forge genuine connections with prospects and customers.
Advocate for our customers, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver superior patient solutions.
Your Profile:
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales during the early commercialization phase in life sciences, ideally in clinical genetics, and preferably with software / SaaS products.
Strong network of potential customers, specifically diagnostic laboratories and hospitals in Europe.
Capable of collaborating effectively with technical teams, ideally supported by a technical / scientific background.
Able to delve deeply into technological aspects independently or clearly recognize when to seek collaborative support in a process-oriented manner.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific principles clearly.
Proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients within clinical, clinical research, biotechnology, or medical technology industries.
Fluent in regional language (mandatory) and English as our universal company language.
Ideally based in Spain or Germany.
