Ihre Aufgabe

Als Projektleiter planen, realisieren und verantworten Sie Projekte für die globale Produktionsüberleitung von aktiven Medizingeräten in unser internationales Produktionsnetzwerk Sie überwachen die fristgerechte Fertigstellung der Entwicklung des Produktionsprozesses und den hierfür benötigten Technologien für unsere zukünftigen Produktgenerationen, wobei die Abstimmung mit Ihren internen Stakeholdern ein wesentliches Element ihrer täglichen Arbeit ist Darüber hinaus planen und verantworten Sie fristgerechte Fertigstellung benötigter Service Technologien für unser zukünftiges Portfolio Als Vertreter des Bereichs "Global Manufacturing Engineering & Service Technologies" agieren Sie in globalen, interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams und sind hierbei der wichtigste Ansprechpartner insbesondere bezüglich der Prozesse „Design for Manufacturing“ und „Design for Service Technologies“, wodurch eine optimale Produzierbarkeit und Servicebarkeit zukünftiger Dialysegeräte sichergestellt werden

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium (Master, Diplom) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Medizintechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Studiengang erforderlich Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. Produktionsmanagement in der Medizintechnik Grundlegendes Prozessverständnis: Sowohl in Bezug auf die Anwendung als auch hinsichtlich der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen Die Fähigkeit komplexe organisatorische und technische Informationen zusammenzufassen und in eine für internen und externen Stakeholder verständliche Sprache zu übertragen Die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhältnisse zu erfassen und diese auf höherer Abstraktionsebene in Form von Modellen oder Prozessen vollumfänglich wiederzugeben Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine 3. Fremdsprache Spaß an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen auch außerhalb Europas
