Dein Team:

Du arbeitest in einem homogenen Team, das aus Sales Assistant, Co Manager, Manager und Senior Manager besteht und an den Sen. Director Account Management MB berichtet. Alle Customer Groups sind der Customer Group Europe zugeordnet

Deine Aufgaben:

Auswertungen aus den MB-Portalen herunterladen und als Support für die Sales Planung zur Verfügung stellen

Aufbereiten der Lieferantenerklärungen und Zuarbeit an externe Unternehmen

Zuarbeit für Account Manager und Sales Assistant je nach Projektfortschritt und Notwendigkeit. Hierbei handelt es sich oft um Recherchen von gelieferten Volumen, Kalkulation von Amortisationsumlagen, grafische Darstellung und Aufbereitung von Sachverhalten in eine PPT zur Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen

Analyse von Kostenelementen in einer Stückliste / Kostenanalyse (Wertanalyse)

Unterstützung beim Projekt BOM Connect (Hochladen von Stücklisten in das MB Portal)

Kontakt mit dem Kunden MB zur Beschaffung von Kapazitäts- / Bedarfsinformationen

Mitarbeit bei spontanen Kundenanfragen je nach Bedarf

Teilnahme bei Produktinformationsveranstaltungen

Was du mitbringen solltest :

Gute Englischkenntnisse

Analytisches Vorgehen

Gute MS Office Skills, insbesondere EXCEL und Power Point,

Erfahrung in SAP und MS-Teams von Vorteil

Bereitschaft für regelmäßiges Arbeiten im Office, insbesondere bei Arbeitsaufnahme
