About the Role
As VP Customer Account Management, you will shape and implement the strategy for your customer(s).
You and your team are responsible for executing your customer strategy to win new business, deliver and grow current business, and foster a long-term partnership with your customer.
What You Will Do
- Develop and refine the overall account strategy
- Develop a relationship map, including status of relationship, goals and actions to get to desired state
- Be a reliable partner to your customer(s) for ontime oncost onquality delivery of products and projects
- Enable proactive hunting of new business opportunities
- Drive to achieve quarterly and FY sales targets to support both TCV and revenue targets
- Establish and maintain the budget, scope, and program schedules for your projects
- Manage program risk proactively, set direction and influence crossdepartment engagement for program execution
- Customer c1 interaction/relationship
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of related technical experience
- 10+ years in a senior leadership role with experience that includes program management, customer interfacing, and cultivating supplier relationships.
- Extensive experience in consulting and/or clientfacing roles is preferred
- Must have 5+ years of Automotive experience (sales, change management) and have deep network contacts.
- Proven history of consistently overachieving goals
- Successful experience in a lead generation/sales role.
- Strong technical capability
- Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to close deals
What is Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Experience within or working with applicable customers
What Makes You Eligible
