Aufgabe:

- Unterstützung des CPM Teams beim Tagesgeschäft und ad hoc Aufgaben
- Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Projektplanungen und Dokumenten
- Mitarbeit an verschiedenen MS-Office relevanten Ausarbeitungen für interne Reports
- Optimierung der abteilungsspezifischen Dokumentenablage und Prozessbeschreibung
- Mitarbeit im Änderungsmanagement für ausgewählte Projekte

Skill / Voraussetzungen:

- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an der Automobilbranche
- Erfahrung mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Logisches und technisches Grundverständnis
- Kontaktfreudige und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
