Du brennst für Herausforderungen?

■ Du bist Teil der Projekt- und Produktentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt HCM / HXM und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team innovative Lösungsansätze im Umfeld von SAP ABAP , ABAP/OO und Web Dynpro ABAP.

■ Du trägst aktiv zum internen Wissensmanagement bei und bildest Dich mit unserer Unterstützung im Bereich HXM SuccessFactors weiter, um Deine Kompetenzen zukunftssicher zu gestalten.

■ Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Funktionen , die Anpassung von Prozessen an die Geschäftsanforderungen und die Schulung von Benutzer:innen .

■ Dabei arbeitest Du eigenverantwortlich onsite bei unseren Kunden vor Ort und aus unseren Geschäftsstellen oder aus dem Homeoffice .

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential

■ Du überzeugst durch Deine ABAP-Entwicklungskenntnisse , Deine Kenntnisse von SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) und hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ESS/MSS-Lösungen .

■ Mit HR-Prozessen (bspw. Abwesenheitsanträge, Anwesenheit, Stechuhrzeiten, Bewertungsberichte) kennst Du Dich gut aus.

■ Du bringst Kenntnisse über vertrauenswürdige RFC-Verbindungen zwischen Frontend-Server (Gateway) und Backend-Server mit.

■ Idealerweise verfügst Du zudem über Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen: Persönliche Arbeitslisten (POWL), Workflow Entwicklung im HXM Umfeld und Konfiguration von SAP Fiori Apps für HR.

■ Deine kundenorientierte Denkweise , Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und Dein Teamgeist zeichnen Dich aus

■ Du verfügst über  fließende   Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse .

■  Reisebereitschaft  in bestimmten Projektphasen ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
