Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH. As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for advising our clients on HR Cloud Software implementation, focusing on HR Core and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects and support clients in optimizing and implementing their processes in SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
  • Facilitate workshops, advise departments on the feasibility of requirements and innovations from releases and the SAP roadmap
  • Participate in acquiring new clients, support in the proposal processes, attend presales meetings, and expand the business field related to the HXM Suite
  • Support colleagues in knowledge and experience building

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Deep knowledge in HR Core and Talent Management and experience in consulting on HR transformation projects and SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Experience in at least two of these modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting, Learning
  • Enjoy taking on responsibility and tasks in projects quickly
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and excellent German and English language skills
