In der Rolle des SAP Consultants HxM (m/w/d) berätst du unsere Klienten aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie der Privatwirtschaft. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten und bist der Ansprechpartner für Projektleitung, Projektteam und Kundenmanagement bei komplexen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit SAP HCM OnPremise und/oder SAP HCM Cloudlösungen wie SAP SuccessFactors und SAP Concur.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  • Beratung im Bereich Employee Lifecycle Management mit Fokus auf HCM Cloudlösungen wie Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals sowie Zeitwirtschaft und Personalabrechnung
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Analyse, technische Konzeption und Implementierung von (Best Practice-) Lösungen für komplexe SAP HCM Cloud- und/oder SAP HCM OnPremise Projekte
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Methoden zur Steuerung, Umsetzung sowie Optimierung und Standardisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Mitwirkung in Bid-Teams zur Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Angeboten durch Expertenwissen
  • Wesentliche Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Junioren im Bereich SAP HCM OnPremise und SAP HCM Cloudlösungen
  • Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitungen

Dein Profil:

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Cloud BeraterIn, ArchitektIn oder vergleichbare HCM OnPremise Erfahrungen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der gesamten SAP HCM Modullandschaft
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung mit HCM Cloudprojekten und/oder SAP ERP-Systemen sowie S/4 Hana OnPrem
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Migration von SAP HCM Cloud und/oder HCM OnPremise
  • Know-how in den Bereichen Travelmanagement, Stellenwirtschaft und/oder VADM
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise nach Projektmanagement-Standards sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke auf allen Ebenen im Dialog mit Kunden und Kollegen
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeit vor Ort bei Kunden und in verteilten (interkulturellen) Teams
