ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In deiner neuen Rolle als Ocean Import Coordinator bist du für Importsendungen verantwortlich, koordinierst diese und leistest gleichzeitig hervorragenden Kundenservice Komplette Auftragsabwicklung und Auftragsüberwachung von eingehenden Seefrachtsendungen Kommunikation mit Kunden und internationalen Partnern Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Seefrachtdokumenten Steuerung und Disposition von Transporten für Seefrachtsendungen (europaweit), gemäß den Anforderungen des Kunden Angebotserstellung, Vergleich von Preisen Abrechnung von Aufträgen Überwachung und Überprüfung der Zollabwicklung und aller notwendigen Dokumente Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und dem Management Sonstige, zugewiesene Aufgaben, die die Seefracht betreffen
