Required qualifications and skills:

Degree qualified in Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Microbiology, Virology. Preferably you are a certified Qualified Person Considerable relevant experience in pharma industry and management experience in QC Laboratories Experience in Regulatory and cGMP Quality Processes Solid understanding of QMS, its application and business objectives Good knowledge of operating experience of pharmaceuticals plants, including Quality Control Operations Good knowledge of Virology, Biologicals product and quality control processes Excelent people manager and able to identify and promote talent

Preferred qualifications and skills:

Excellent QC analytical testing skills Strong leadership skills Good project managementg skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Sound financial management skills Excellent English skills
