Highsnobiety is looking for a Resource Management Working Student to support our Team in Berlin .
Working as a Resource Management Working Student provides an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of the Highsnobiety’s Agency operations.
As a Resource Management Working Student, you serve as the link between Creative, Strategy, Client Service, and other departments. This position offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of HS+, allowing you to witness and contribute to the organization's day-to-day operations.
It's a role that not only allows you to understand the inner workings of the agency but also empowers you to actively shape its success. With unparalleled access, hands-on involvement, and continuous learning opportunities, this role is perfect for those eager to immerse themselves in the fast paced world of creative agency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers, department heads, and team leads to understand project requirements and resource needs.
Assist in the allocation of resources across various projects, ensuring a balanced workload and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress and resource utilization, flagging any potential issues or conflicts to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects and resource availability, updating relevant systems or spreadsheets as necessary.
Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in identifying when additional resources or expertise are needed and coordinate the hiring process for freelance or temporary staff.
Attend resource planning meetings and provide input on resource allocation strategies and priorities.
Support the onboarding process for new team members, freelancers, or contractors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
Assist in the development and implementation of resource management tools, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate tracking of resource-related expenses and budget utilization.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Based in Berlin and currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for at least a year more.
