About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Working Student to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Coordinator and HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR & Admin team
  • Handle people admin and operations to ensure employee data is up-to-date and consistent across all systems
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including creation of job ads and sourcing
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees and interns
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal cultural initiatives and events
  • Cooperate with the IT team for administrative tasks
  • Support reception duties when needed and coordinate replacement
  • Conduct research on given projects
  • Create and update internal documentation and presentations

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/administration is preferred
  • Excellent German and English written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficiency in MS Office
