Your tasks
Planning individual parts and assemblies Converting requirements specifications into production orders, taking deadlines into account Carrying out material availability analyses for production orders and evaluating missing parts in the area of responsibility Fine-tuning the production processes and creating the production program (production area-related), taking into account capacity and material availability, including sequence planning for the processing of production orders Releasing production orders for order picking and, if necessary, providing production documents to ensure a timely production process and high material availability of in-house production parts If necessary, retrieve assemblies from the warehouse Evaluating production progress (deadline controlling) and checking that production orders are processed on time in order to be able to take corrective measures and provide information at an early stage Coordinating with upstream and downstream production areas and scheduling the production program accordingly Evaluating the capacity situation of the production area (short/long term) and working out measures to smooth out capacity peaks Coordinating a new production program with all parties involved, including the affected interfaces Scheduling the agreed production program Continuous system-based updating of deadlines and maintenance of deadlines in the event of changes or postponements Processing the backlog Permanent maintenance of the parameters in the material master relevant to the scheduling of in-house production parts, in particular reconciliation between routing and material master times Actively collaborating with other participants and interface partners and passing on all relevant information to ensure a smooth and timely production process
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in economics (business administration, economics, etc.) with a specialization in engineering Several years of relevant professional experience Experienced with the SAP modules PP and MM Management experience not required German language skills, written and spoken Working time model: 35 hours/week-
