Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate a strategic plan for Lean Manufacturing Turnaround aimed at boosting operational efficiency.
  • Enhance production workflows and implement robust quality assurance practices.
  • Assist in cost reduction initiatives and improve process effectiveness.
  • Execute Quick Wins through engaging Kaizen workshops.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team during due diligence processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, ideally within a restructuring environment.
  • Proficient in Controlling tools and methodologies.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a practical approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluency in both German and English/French.
  • Experience in Private Equity is advantageous.
