Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes und familiengeführtes Projektentwicklungsunternehmen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Accounting (m/w/d) im Süden von München.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Konzernkonsolidierung nach HGB sowie das interne Management Reporting
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Koordination von steuerrelevanten Fragestellungen einschließlich der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung, den Bereich Controlling sowie externe Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Optimierung von Arbeits- und Prozessabläufen inkl. systemseitiger Abbildung im Einklang mit unseren Gruppenstandards und externen Anforderungen
  • Überwachung aller gruppeninternen Finanzierungsvorgängen und zugehörigem Vertragsmanagement
  • Koordination des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Unterstützung der Akquisitionsteams hinsichtlich bilanzieller / fachlicher Themenstellungen
  • Verantwortung für Ad-hoc-Analysen, Auswertungen und statistische Meldungen
  • Disziplinarische Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Accounting-Teams (6 Mitarbeiter)
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Rechnungswesen; alternativ erfolgreicher Abschluss einer einschlägigen kaufmännischen Ausbildung (Finanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachwirt); Zusatzqualifikation zum Bilanzbuchhalter von Vorteil
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung sowie umfassende Kenntnisse im HGB, idealerweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Einschlägige Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung von MS Office und DATEV; praktische Erfahrungen mit LucaNet von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick gepaart mit hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und zielgerichtete Problemlösungskompetenz
