Wir vermarkten Generika, verschreibungspflichtige Original
- und OTC-Produkte in zwölf Ländern. Damit sind wir zu einer festen Größe im Pharmamarkt geworden.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Abteilung Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir in Festanstellung am Standort Berlin zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:
**Head of Group Accounting, Treasury, Insurance & Tax (m/w/d)**:
**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Leitung des lokalen Accounting Shared Service Centers, des Group Accounting und des Bereichs Treasury an unserem Headquarter in Berlin und damit einhergehend die Führung von ca. 5-8 Mitarbeitenden
- Eigenverantwortliche Aufstellung des Jahres-Konzernabschlusses nach HGB (perspektivisch IFRS), sowie die Verantwortung für die monatlichen Konzernabschlüsse
- Aufbau des Bereichs Group Treasury (Liquiditätsplanung, Planung und Durchführung von Fremdkapitalfinanzierungen)
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Automatisierung der Accounting-Prozesse inkl. Intercompany Abstimmungen
- Entwicklung, Harmonisierung und Dokumentation von gruppenweiten Bilanzierungs
- & Bewertungsstandard (Accounting Manual)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern, Banken und Versicherungen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements und des IKS Systems
- Optimierung der Konzernstruktur aus steuerlichen, regulatorischen und Compliance-Gesichtspunkten
- Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten
- Sie berichten an den Executive Vice President Finance (CFO) der Aristo Gruppe

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (min. 10 Jahre) im Konzernrechnungswesen und/oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Erfahrung im internationalen Steuerrecht, insbes. der Dokumentation von Verrechnungspreisen
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI/CO und Lucanet wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
- Strukturierte und proaktive Vorgehensweise, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
