Bei der internen Kommunikation vermitteln Sie die Werte, Ziele und Botschaften von LESER an die über 1.300 nationalen und internationalen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und die LESER Sales Community bestehend aus über 100 Vertriebspartnern. Authentizität ist hier Voraussetzung. Die in der Unternehmensvorstellung „LESER The Company“ beschriebene Botschaft steht dafür im Fokus.Erfolgreiche interne Kommunikation macht alle LESER Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und die Mitglieder der Sales Community zu Markenbotschaftern. Dadurch wird die Zusammenarbeit als Team und die Beziehung zu Partnern, Kunden Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern verbessert. Sie entfacht Leidenschaft für die Mission von LESER, den Schutz von Mensch, Umwelt und Industrie gegen unzulässigen Überdruck mit Sicherheitsventilen weltweit zu gewährleisten.
Die LESER Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern an den 8 nationalen und internationalen Standorten werden über relevante Themen informiert. Die Vertriebspartner in der LESER Sales Community werden mit den notwendigen Tools und Informationen versorgt.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen des Marketings bei LESER und unterstützten und beraten andere Abteilungen, Projektteams und die Geschäftsleitung bei der internen Kommunikation. Redaktionsplanung und Durchführung der internen Kommunikation mit den jeweiligen Kanalverantwortlichem im Marketing Kampagnen zu Entwicklungs- und Strategieprojekten Neuaufsetzen eines internen Informationsmediums, um alle nationalen und internationalen LESER Mitarbeiter zu erreichen. Führen und Stärken der LESER Sales Community über Microsoft Viva Engage On- and Offboarding von Vertriebspartnern Konzeption, Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebspartnerpaketen On- und Offline Support beim Aufbau und Managen weiterer LESER Communities Personal-Marketing in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachabteilung Human Resources Sie sind ein Teamplayer und Thought Leader Sie sind empathisch und in der Lage sich in Ihre Mitmenschen hineinzuversetzen Sie sind Kommunikationsstark Sie haben eine klare Ausdrucks- und Kommunikationsweise in Wort und Schrift Sie beherrschen journalistisches Schreiben und Storytelling Sie haben ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis Abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus oder vergleichbares Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR, Community Management oder interner Kommunikation Die Kommunikation mit digitalen Tools und in sozialen Netzwerken beherrschen Sie Professionell und interkulturell geprägtes Unternehmensumfeld Gutes Betriebsklima in einem innovativen B2B-Marketing-Team, das von Eigenverantwortung, Wertschätzung und Offenheit geprägt ist Die Möglichkeit die ständig wachsende Mitarbeiterzahl und Sales Community aktiv mitzugestalten und hinter der Mission von LESER zu vereinen Unbefristete Anstellung mit guter Bezahlung und umfangreichen Sozialleistungen Modernes Arbeitsumfeld, Gleitzeit sowie der Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten Gezielte und individuelle Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten
