Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

Du planst die zu erwartenden Mengen im Ticketverkauf und Kundenservice (Anzahl Calls, E-Mails, Briefe etc.) sowie alle druckbaren Aufträge und Tickets und hast alle bestehenden Ressourcen und Bedarfe stetig im Blick. Darüber hinaus leitest Du aus dem täglichen Stundenbedarf die Personaleinsatzplanung ab, berücksichtigst u.a. Sonderprojekte und das Saisongeschäft und planst somit vollumfänglich die benötigten Kapazitäten.  Du sorgst dafür, dass die Prozesse und Materialflüsse optimiert, Durchlaufzeiten minimiert und Maschinenstillstände oder Leerlaufphasen vermieden werden.  Dabei analysierst, prüfst und kontrollierst Du kontinuierlich, ob die Prognose und Einsatzplanung effektiv, präzise und bedarfsgerecht waren und optimierst bei Bedarf die bestehenden Prozesse. Gesamtheitlich trägst Du mit Deiner Arbeit dazu bei, die Bedürfnisse unserer nationalen und internationalen Auftraggeber möglichst schnell zu erfüllen, die Wertschöpfung zu erhöhen und Verschwendung zu vermeiden - von der Massenbearbeitung bis zum Kleinstauftrag. 

Das bringst Du mit: 

Du kannst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich vorweisen und bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Workforce Management und/oder Produktionsplanung mit. Du bringst eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise, ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Excel und ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis mit.  Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie durch Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen aus und besitzt die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick zu behalten, Prioritäten zu setzen und Ziele klar zu verfolgen.  Du besitzt fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
