Adobe Analytics Consultant (all genders)

We are looking for a full-time Adobe Analytics Consultant (all genders) to join THE MARCOM ENGINE (TME) at our Munich or Hamburg location as soon as possible.

As an expert in Web Analytics, predominantly using the Adobe product suite, you will help us to identify and analyse key trends and KPIs in order to provide our clients with impactful insights and recommendations to improve digital experiences.

What you can expect:
  •         Work with different stakeholder teams to understanding web analytics requests and identify the appropriate web KPI’s to build reports
  •         Create dashboards, workspaces and ad-hoc reports showcasing current trends and progress rates against established goals and lead generation activities.
  •         Monitor, identify, and analyse key KPI’s and trends in order to provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and site engagement rates
  •         Advise and support clients through your expertise in Web and Digital analytics
  •         Carry out ad-hoc data extracts/analysis
What we expect from you:
  • 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics' administration, dashboard insights and analytics workspace.
  • Good knowledge on Marketing Channel Processing rules and ability to setup calculated metrics and segmentation inside Adobe Analytics.
  • An ability to build strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine sense of ownership.
  • Deep Passion, Perseverance & Grit coupled with an inquisitive, always-learning nature
  • Business fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
